Insurox Group Inc. provides an AI-powered insurance quoting and policy management platform that connects consumers and businesses with licensed insurance agents and carriers. Our services include:

• Online insurance quotes from multiple carriers
• Policy management and document storage
• AI-assisted guidance through our Roxy assistant
• Certificate of insurance issuance
• Payment processing for insurance premiums
• Agent and agency management tools

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using Insurox, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Our platform is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16.

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information in all applications and forms
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

Insurox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Insurance quotes and policies are based on the information you provide. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information may result in policy cancellation, claim denial, or legal consequences. Insurox is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information submitted by users.

Insurox is an insurance agency platform. We do not underwrite insurance policies — all policies are underwritten by licensed third-party insurance carriers. Coverage terms, conditions, and pricing are determined by the respective carriers. Insurox makes no guarantees regarding the availability, pricing, or approval of any insurance product.

Premium payments made through our platform are processed securely via our payment provider. By submitting payment information, you authorize Insurox to charge the applicable premium amounts. Refund policies are governed by the terms of your individual insurance policy and the issuing carrier.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Insurox via email, phone, and SMS, including for marketing purposes where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at privacy@insurox.com or replying STOP to any text message.

All content on the Insurox platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — is the property of Insurox Group Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Insurox provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insurox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of coverage, or financial loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. Insurox is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
